Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 22, 2026 · Version 2.0 · Effective immediately upon posting
The short version: Your lead lists are your property. We store them so you can work them. We never sell, rent, share, or mine them. When you cancel, you export everything and we delete the rest within 90 days. This page is the binding detail behind that promise.

No system is perfectly secure, and we don't pretend ours is. If a breach affects your data, we will notify affected users and regulators as required by applicable law, promptly and in plain language.

9. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including California under CCPA/CPRA, the EEA/UK under GDPR, and other U.S. state laws), you may have some or all of the following rights regarding personal information we hold about you (note: rights over your imported leads rest with you as their controller — we process them on your behalf):

To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. California residents may also use the "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" mechanism — though as stated above, we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of; this notice is provided for completeness.

If you have an unresolved concern, you may also escalate to your state attorney general or, for EU/UK residents, your local data-protection authority — though we'd appreciate the chance to fix it first.
